Like many others, this collection appears to have originated in a single region then stock moved into other markets. As far as I can find out the collection originated in the Russian market so I have concerntrated on thhis collection for numbering and images. However according to i-modelcars.com, the series was produced in Ukraine, Belarus and Poland Kultowe Wozy Policyjne with other numbering, which would go some way to explain it's appearance in Western Europe & the UK.
Cannot find a definitive brand for these, however some of these look suspciously like those from other collections, so I suspect there are multiple brandings involved., notable IXO and possible Corgi
