One of Altaya's regional variations, with initial launch in Spain & France, and following later Portugal this collection is/was readily available in the UK, whether that was down to marketing, or poor circulation on mainland Europe, I have a fair few of these, and their quality is pretty good & detailed, as you'd expect from an IXO model.
